I have been a upland bird hunter for 25 years now and over that time I have owned a lot of upland vest and jackets and though some of them have great features none of them had it all until now! I am one that believes that you get what you pay for, this is the upland strap vest from the good people at http://www.wingworks.biz it has a padded waist belt that lets you carry all the weight on your waist not your shoulders for a carefree day if the field. The front pouches can easily carry 2 boxes of shells each, the game bag will hold a daily bag limit no problem, it has 3 zippered pouches for all other smaller items. The sternum strap keeps the shoulder straps from slipping off and it can carry 118 oz. of water for you and your dog. The best part is that after you put all this stuff in the vest you can hardly tell that you have it on and it is well designed and well built buy hand one at a time. I purchased this vest last fall and beat it through the N.B. grouse woods and it doesn’t have a mark to show for it....
