stop the spraying on crown land and change the forestry practice and the deer herd would rebound, Even during harsh winters ...at least they would have a fighting chance.

Excellent idea. If DNR is going to abandon deer on us on Crown land - at LEAST give us our 1/2 million dollars a year that deer hunters put in the WTF and let us spend it how we determine .......buy habitat, plant food plots, etc.
