Bulls eye, was the trailer from N.B. or Quebec? I'm confused what he was charged with.

It's legal to sell sheds in Maine and Quebec. But you won't get them across the border to Maine without paperwork from DNR, which you can't get. Is there a law about transporting from one province to another?

I thought CITES only applied to the federal border.

CITES does only apply to a federal border. I'm curious as to whether there are restrictions on provincial borders, also. Can't imagine there is but who knows. Just trying to figure out what the guy did wrong.

According to the story printed in the news, the buyer was from Quebec, the seller from St-Quentin area.   Sorry for the delayed response Sako, just saw this now.

Thanks, Bullseye. That explains why. It's illegal to sell the sheds in N.B.
