16 year old nonresident

Hello. Quick question for you guys. Me and my son who is 16 will be coming in a month for a nonresident bear hunt. With him being 16, can he hunt alone? I was lead to believe he could and now I was just looking at license info and it said I have to sit with him. I'd this true?

any one under 18 needs adult supervision form a guide or some one with a hunting license. www.macfarlanesportingcamps.com
