does anyone know a butcher around the saint john - sussex area that will cut up a bear? i'm not set up to do it myself, plus i think a professional would do a better job. i've checked with the butchers that i know of and they won't cut up bears.

I'm a butcher but I'm not near you!it's not as hard as you think.If you get a bear I'll give some input on how to handle it.

yes wonsky, you can get on the duffy rd. from black river. apparently lots of 'yotes on the duffy but i haven't had time to make it over there yet.
