hey all i just have a quick question maybe someone wil be able help me out on...drivin on the highway from st leonard to fredericton i noticed a lot of the clear cuts still have 2 or 3 HUGE trees that werent cut for some reason...anybody know why? i figure it cant be becuase there not good for wood because they are living and healthy but i dont know for sure. anyone know?

Must have been to big to run over,because anything no good for the mill in China,usually gets run over,after all ,the mills in NB are all closed i think

actually up here in zone 7 we see them left in most cuts . I was told by a cutter that there is not much market for them and for the most part they are about 5 times the size and weight of a regular tree so most of the slashers/processors can't fit them in there head and they may be to heavy and topple the machine
