RH or LH and what do you have to trade. Have everything you need to start shooting.

You should use RH if your right eye dominant, and vice versa.

While you may be able to shoot both, you will be more comfortable, and more accurate in one.
Once you have a bow, you will need to have it fitted to you. Draw length, draw weight, peep location in the string, etc...
All of these add up, and will make your experience much better in the grand scheme.
