Not quite sure what side of the 7 i'm hunting LON but we've shot all our moose so far on the Enniskillen side, think its time for a central area moose.BND's i've seen it in many ares and havn't noticed it around the Big and Little Bog but there sure isn't ever much for spots to pics around there.RR Where does your group hunt?

We hunt the other side...haven't been down yet but by the sounds of it I should soon!?

Hey BND's sounds like you've hunted the base for a long time, have any pics you could post of some huge base bulls?There was a guy on NBhunting last fall i thought posted pics of a real big bull he claimed to have shot on the base.Just trying to see what the granddads down there have for genetics..RR p.s. i'll post some pics of a big bull my family got down there in 2006 (21 point, 900 lb)

I'll srounge some of the moose we've got over the years...some aren't digital though.

I've got some REAL nice ones on video...again not digital but there has got to be a way to get them converted.
I always have the video camera with me.

I've been hunting down there all my life (I am 38) - my grandmothers original homestead was on the base.

If anyone is asking...the hunting SUCKS down there!!

Are you hunting in area 15 down there?
I just put a cam up down there this week in area 14. I got a cow who fell in love with the camera and licked it for 5 mins and coyotes so far. Saw a cow tonight.

Guys how do you get on the base? Where exactly do you go if you want to go for a drive in there? Was going to go today but is it open on Sunday? Any info would be appreciated . Thanks.

Its funny i had a dream last night about a 19 point BULL

Honestly RR...I haven't seen a bull this fall yet down there. Saw a couple this summer but nothing this fall except the ones LoN has on his camera. We saw 19 bears last night down there - tons of sows with cubs. We saw a little spike horn too that LoN I think got GPS coordinates on for the contest!

You seeing anything? Show us a couple of pics of your bulls from the meadow! I've only had a cam out for a few weeks and got a cow and a calf and another cow.

If you are hunting where I think you are (HM)??...if you look at the map - directly to the right(3 squares over)...the first main road you come to - at the corner of the two roads there....I saw 2 bulls tonight - a 7pter and a 20 pointer together...so not real far from you if thats where you are hunting. Confusing I know but don't want to give away too much info!

What a beauty he was!
