Plotwatcher TLV camera

I am testing a new camera for Mark at TECCArchery, the plotwatcher tlv by day6outdoors. It is a time lapse video camera that takes pictures every 5 or 10 seconds. It has no trigger and will let you watch a whole field or cut-over so you can see where the game is entering and leaving the most so you can set up in the best spot. I will keep you informed as the test progresses.

I have been looking at those, really like the idea, not sure if I would miss not having the night pics, will be interesting to see how you make out with it.
The price is around $260.00 there is no external power source. I don't think you need one as the camera I am testing is still plugging away with the batteries I put in it on the 24th of July.
Hey Fellas.

I'm really looking forward to seeing your results.

Just thought I'd let everyone know that there is a product called the Brinno GardenWatchCam, which seems to be the exact same product as the Plot Watcher but way cheaper. The Brinno camera also seems to have more options than the plot watcher. As far as I can tell, the PlotWatcher only allows photos to be taken at 5 or 10 second intervals, however the GardenWatchCam allows you to custom program the photo intervals from 1 second to 24 hours [not sure if PlotWatcher allows this customizibility].
Amazon.com Plot Watcher is $199.99
Amazon.com GardenWatchCam is $129.95

It's $70 bucks cheaper. Does anyone have any experience with this little camera?

Looks like the plot watcher,I see Halifax seed in Nova Scotia carries them, wonder if the Saint john store could bring one in.I really like the concept of these cameras, but it is hard to convince the wife to get one.
