[Woolly]

I'm interested in getting a single-shot rifle.
The classic look of Browning's B78,Winchester's 1885 Highwall and Ruger's model 1, really has got me interested.
Does anyone have one of these or has any experience with any model?

My preference of the models listed is the Ruger #1. FWIW, there is a dealer in Alberta I think that has arranged with Ruger to do a run of #1s chambered in .303 British. Personally I'd go for a #1 in 45-70. A reproduction Springfield Trapdoor or Sharps 1874 are high on my wish list.
