The most recent issue of Field and Stream there is a pretty good article on the lawsuit and basically it says the Scent Lok doesn't work. Even one of the scientists that worked for them said it doesn't work as did some of the people they paid to endorse it. The fact that it "reactivates" itself was also shown to be not true. Scent Lok is appealing on the basis that the judge didn't understand what they meant when they said it completely eliminated human scent. Apparently they meant that completely doesn't mean all scent all the time.
Its an interesting read and illustrates how quick we hunters are to believe in anything that somebody says will give us an edge and spend a lot of money on it even though we really don't know if it works or not.
Interesting study in human behaviour.
