We just had all the bad luck this year. Moose shot in every bog all around us, including one we were calling to us. Wind in the stands. The other guys didn't see or hear the two cows I spotted and scared them off by accident. The fog Saturday morning in Charlotte County was the real killer . . ..

Think I might just start saving my pennies for a Labrador caribou hunt.

Happens to us all......... well me anyway
With only 3 days everything has to be perfect. As they say there is only next year but in the case of moose hunting there is always next decade.

Sorry for your misfortune

We were lucky this year, but I have been drawn twice in the last 22 years and both times it seemed like it should have been a sucessful hunt but I guess the "Moose Gods" were just not in our favor.

I know the feeling Coach and I sympatize with you. Happened to me on THREE consecutive years and I know where they like to hang out!

Hope you still had an enjoyable time with your group.
