We are salmonhunter, Trowe, nick, Axeman, recurve319, Gentle Jim hey boys glad to be part of this team, thought we could have a spot to talk about tactics and downed deer.

Too bad it's only NB deer. I'm headed to Connecticut to lay waste to some urban deer.......but that don't count.

Good news is i have a doe tag for Grand Manan archery, and will be there early bow season. If I tag there, I get a second go-round here on the mainland! I see no where in the rules that it is not legal, as both deer are legitimate here in NB...IF I am blessed.

Looking forward to "pulling my weight". Lets get at 'em guys!

Hey guys I'm ready for the season! Any Team name suggestions yet? It's usually BIG BUCK or bust for me not much of a meat hunter. Thats why I usually get skunked but this could be the year for the big one. I'll be hunting in zone 21 and will put
my best foot forward.

Hey Jim, yea I think Jagermeister would be a good name, it gets my vote if no one else on the team opposes then that's it.

Im down with Jagermeister. One of my favorite drinks yum! btw this will be my first year hunting deer so dont expect too much outa me haha. Il be happy if I see even a spike horn

hey axeman where about are u going in grand manaan? i also have a doe tag for the archery season on grand manaan. I think i'm going over on oct 14-16th. Jagermeister sounds goo to me. lets go Jagermeisters

Took a walk to the tree stand yesterday to drop off a salt lick and I got to watch a doe and a fawn play around the stand for 10 minutes before they spotted me. Pretty happy to see a new fawn in the area, it was a pretty good winter so I was hoping some of them would make it through. Seen some nice buck tracks as well, so my deer is still around. Good signs that it will be a good season. 1 month to go boys!!! Let's get er done!!!
