stop the spraying on crown land and change the forestry practice and the deer herd would rebound, Even during harsh winters ...at least they would have a fighting chance.

Seems like a big surprise to all?!?!? We knew these numbers would happen back in April last year! We have hit rock bottom...no habitat on Crown left....deer...the few remaining....congregate on private woodlots to become the Alpha strain of survivors of the herd....we as hunters contribute more than half a million $$ a year to the WTF and NO ONE is even hinting on initiating a provincially coordinated supplementary feeding program with our licence levy. Here is my other cheek....have a swing at her.

I know everyone will not agree and in some areas it may not be warranted but in order to help the deer herd in this province rebound, the season needs to be closed for a period of time. It will never happen as the province of nb will lose 1.4 million in license revenue. Desperate times call for desperate measures.
